As a Testing Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Assesses and reviews product designs to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications.
• Constructs prototypes and prepares detailed documentation for development and testing purposes.
• Conducts rigorous testing of fiber optic components to ensure performance and reliability.
• Provides technical expertise and support to the sales team on all product-related matters.
• Performs tests and measurements in accordance with established work instructions and guidelines.
• Engages in training programs on technical subjects, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Adheres to and promotes Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Information Security policies and regulations, ensuring all activities meet the highest standards.
• Maintains a commitment to high-quality standards and ensures that subordinates follow the same principles.

The ideal candidate for the Testing Engineer position, should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Foundational knowledge of the operation and application of electrical components and common measurement instruments.
• Basic understanding of Mobile Communications.
• Desirable experience in fiber optics communication technology.
• Proficiency in English (both oral and written communication).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and SAP systems.
• Willingness and Ability to travel as required.
