Front Office Manager
As Front Office Manager you will:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to all hotel departments according to our operations standards.
- Coordinate and support the Front Desk to administer daily tasks to all departments (Maintenance, Maid Service, Porter, Kitchen).
- Assist with check-ins/check-outs when necessary.
- Coordinate maintenance & maid service to meet check-in deadlines.
- Ensure rooms are inspected prior to check-in for cleanliness & ambiance
- Ensure staff grooming & hospitality culture and overall ambiance of hotel.
- Deliver financial performance as set in company budgets and issuing monthly financial statements.
- Upselling and cross selling.
- Ensure proper maintenance of hotel assets.
- Create and maintaining a unique guest experience.
- Accommodate special guest requests whenever possible and resolving guest complaints.
- Sett team and individual goals.
- Develop staff skills and conducting performance evaluation
- Monitor purchase requests of departments
- Be available on call 24 hours a day to resolve any urgent problems on emergencies.
