Scope of Position:The Doorperson / Groom is responsible for creating a friendly, welcoming environment while consistently providing exceptional services to all guests and completes other responsibilities that will enhance the guest’s experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Assists with luggage, suitcases, etc. giving attention to guest assistance in a courteous, swift, and proactive manner.
- Maintains a pleasant disposition with the aim of providing undivided attention to each guest.
- Adheres to guests' checking in and checking out procedures pertaining to the handling of luggage.
- Assists guests arriving and departing through means of welcoming, luggage assistance, providing directions, etc.
- Observes guests and anticipates guest needs.
- Has full knowledge of all resort services, hours, and locations around the resort.
- Assists in directing guests, answering questions, and relaying messages to the Front Service/Concierge Manager in case of not knowing how to support the guest’s needs.
- Carries out proper hand-over to other shifts handling the guest, ensuring the guest preferences are always followed through.
- Completes other projects and responsibilities as assigned by his Manager.
