As a Robotics & Automation Manager you will have to: 

• Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of robotics and automation systems, from project inception through to successful delivery.
• Manage and support cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring timely project completion and adherence to technical standards.
• Design and validate innovative robotics and automation solutions to streamline manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring project alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in robotic systems, coordinating with engineering teams to implement improvements.
• Develop and manage project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure all financial objectives are met.

For the Robotics & Automation Manager's position you need to possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation or Electrical Engineering
• Master’s degree in Robotics will be considered as a plus 
• 5-7 years in robotics or industrial automation, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of robotics programming (e.g., PLC, SCADA) and CAD software for system design.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects, budgets, and timelines.
