As a Technical Proposal Engineer your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct quantity take-offs and verify material quantities provided by technical studies.
• Prepare detailed cost estimations based on project requirements and specifications.
• Analyze tender documents to identify key deliverables and project needs.
• Develop and submit technical and financial proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with all industry standards, regulations, and company policies during the tendering process.

As an Technical Proposal Engineer you need to have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture 
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in tender preparation or project costing, ideally within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in quantity take-offs and cost estimations.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
