The responsibilities of the Inventory and Resource Planner will be:

  • Consolidate and enter all material receipts and material issues into the system for warehouses.
  • Ensure that facilities maintain minimum necessary stock levels, primarily consisting of the List of Recommended Spare Parts (RSPL).
  • Analyze material consumption during fault resolution and propose improvements to optimize usage.
  • Generate and manage key reports, including stock tracking and deviation reports.
  • Coordinate with the Service Operations Manager to confirm physical receipt of materials and ensure material consumption is registered on Service Orders by Lead Technicians.
  • Support in optimizing stock levels within the designated area of influence.
  • Manage goods movement, including ordering, receiving, picking, packing, issuing, and dispatching inventory while maintaining SAP records.
  • Place orders to the Central Warehouse or suppliers and track them until receipt at the final destination is confirmed.
  • Perform goods receipt for materials shipped from the SP&S Distribution Center to assigned warehouses.
  • Coordinate with the Service Operations Manager/Lead Technician to confirm physical receipt of materials if shipped directly to a site.
  • Claim pending receipt materials and update wind farm warehouses regarding material transfers.
  • Analyze deviations between system-recorded and actual inventory levels in coordination with the Service Operations Manager.
  • Manage faulty materials and ensure their swift return to the source warehouse while monitoring "child fault" attribution.
  • Oversee shipments of material and equipment to wind farm warehouses or maintenance teams in coordination with the Service Operations Manager.
  • Manage, search for, and support the material repair process at the facilities.
  • Ordering and managing materials for scheduled and unscheduled service in SAP for yearly maintenance.
  • Create Purchase Orders in SAP, check the status of SAP Purchase Orders, and track SAP Orders and shipments.
  • Track and control incoming and outgoing goods in stock, follow up on missing spare parts.
  • Create Return Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP.

The perfect candidate for the position of Inventory and Resource Planner will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Around 3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in the renewable energy or industrial sector.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP (inventory management, material tracking, and procurement modules).
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, warehouse operations, and material planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes.
