Fine Dining Waitress / Waiter – Porto Zante Villas & Spa

Porto Zante Villas & Spa, one of the world’s most exclusive resorts, recognized among the 68 Best Hotels & Resorts in the World by Condé Nast Traveller is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to deliver an exceptional fine-dining experience for its elite clientele.

This role requires a professional with passion for hospitality and impeccable attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tables, ensuring flawless service and attention to guest needs.
• Assist guests with menu selection, providing expert recommendations on dishes
• Support the Head Waiter & Sommelier by ensuring smooth wine service
• Anticipate guest needs, handling requests seamlessly
• Ensure the dining area remains pristine, well-organized, and in impeccable condition at all times.
• Assist in the billing and farewell processes with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Hospitality School and/or equivalent experience in luxury restaurants & hotels.
• Fluent in English (Greek is an asset).
• Experience with MICROS POS is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, professional appearance and attitude
