Process Optimization Specialist – EMEA Region (Based in Thessaloniki)

Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, an international well-known company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position: 

Process Optimization Specialist – EMEA Region (Based in Thessaloniki)

Key Responsibilities:

• Map and optimize business processes, identifying redundancies and areas for improvement
• Analyze performance data to uncover trends and guide process improvements
• Create clear process documentation, flowcharts & training materials
• Collaborate with regional operations and process integration teams for seamless implementation
• Support cross-functional project initiatives, especially during design and rollout phases
• Develop and deliver training for new or updated processes
• Ensure compliance with internal policies & external audit requirements
• Champion continuous improvement and drive innovation in process design

• ​Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in process optimization roles
• Work experience in Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services 
• Strong experience in process mapping tools (Visio, Miro etc.)
• Comfortable working with data to support decision-making
• Project planning & documentation experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience designing and delivering training content
• Strong understanding of compliance, audit readiness, and financial controls
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
