Process Optimization Specialist – EMEA Region (Based in Thessaloniki)
Key Responsibilities:
- Map and optimize business processes, identifying redundancies and areas for improvement
- Analyze performance data to uncover trends and guide process improvements
- Create clear process documentation, flowcharts & training materials
- Collaborate with regional operations and process integration teams for seamless implementation
- Support cross-functional project initiatives, especially during design and rollout phases
- Develop and deliver training for new or updated processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies & external audit requirements
- Champion continuous improvement and drive innovation in process design
