IT and Data Support Officer

Randstad is looking for a highly motivated ΙT and Data Support Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT support or development role, who will:

• Tackle technical challenges head-on, providing hands-on support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and document solutions.  
• Contribute to application development and debugging using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.  
• Manage and support MySQL databases, ensuring data integrity and supporting reporting needs.
• Generate data-driven reports and insights using tools like BigQuery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT systems and processes.  
• Collect, organize, and maintain data for reporting and analysis.  
• Generate reports and deliver insights to various teams.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).  
• Support data migration and integration between different systems.  
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of data backup and recovery processes.
