Περιγραφή

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join a multinational FMCG company. As part of a leading global organization committed to creating a safe, efficient, and sustainable work environment, you will play a key role in supporting the employees and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities for this HR Operations Specialist role:

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract management, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and final payments.
  • Maintain physical personnel files and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with IT and relevant departments to provide necessary tools and benefits for new employees and ensure proper return of assets during offboarding.
  • Ensure all new hires complete the global orientation program and mandatory health and safety training.
  • Act as the main contact for office and facility management, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional work environment.
  • Oversee office services and supplies, managing vendor relationships and arranging for maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Manage procurement processes, including raising purchase requisition orders, handling invoices, and monitoring budget expenditures through ARIBA.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with Health & Safety consultants, arranging medical checks and maintaining compliance with legal health and safety standards.
  • Organize company events, townhall meetings, and employee engagement activities in collaboration with leadership.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for this HR Operations Specialist position should have:
  • University/college degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent knowledge on the Greek and English language
  • 2-3 years of previous admin experience in HR department
