We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join a multinational FMCG company. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities for this HR Operations Specialist role:
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract management, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and final payments.
- Maintain physical personnel files and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with IT and relevant departments to provide necessary tools and benefits for new employees and ensure proper return of assets during offboarding.
- Ensure all new hires complete the global orientation program and mandatory health and safety training.
- Act as the main contact for office and facility management, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional work environment.
- Oversee office services and supplies, managing vendor relationships and arranging for maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Manage procurement processes, including raising purchase requisition orders, handling invoices, and monitoring budget expenditures through ARIBA.
- Serve as the primary liaison with Health & Safety consultants, arranging medical checks and maintaining compliance with legal health and safety standards.
- Organize company events, townhall meetings, and employee engagement activities in collaboration with leadership.
