Your role: As a Construction Administrator you will assist our company with the efficient completion of our FTTx projects by executing a variety of administrative tasks. The position holder will handle sensitive information and content with confidentiality and discretion.
How you will contribute to our success:
- Assist the Account and Project Managers with the evaluation of all contract documents and preparing reports for any deficiencies in the project;
- Create project schedules, and communicate project updates;
- Maintain accurate work logs, job information sheets, project team rosters as well as documents regarding FTTx projects and construction, including maintenance agreements, equipment information and warranties;
- Performing billing tasks - preparing invoices, changing orders, work orders, purchase orders etc.
