(Fixed Contract)

Job Description

·       Provides logistics & project management support to the organization

·       Supports the implementation of the activities: in-site follow up and monitoring, ensuring the results are achieved within relevant timeframe, reduction of activities and monitoring reports

·       Facilitates the good cooperation and information sharing with the relevant departments

·       Translates short documents and interpreting (Greek to English/English to Greek) when needed 

Candidate Profile

·         University / College degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture,

Logistics or equivalent

·       At least two (2) years of experience in accounting / administration field, ideally in a NGO

·       Excellent knowledge of the english language

·       Computer literate (MS-Office applications)

·       Knowledge of the humanitarian situation regarding the asylum-seekers in Greece

·       On site / project management skills (needs evaluation, data collection, monitoring and reporting) as well as technical background (engineering, architecture and/or  logistics) will be strong assets

·       Motivation, team spirit, creativity, ability to work under pressure

·       Driving license
