Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently seeking to recruit a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

Your Role:

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will:

• Handle all communications effectively, including answering, screening, and directing phone calls, and managing enquiries and requests
• Assist desk managers and liaise with subcontractors to maintain office appearance and efficiency
• Welcome and assist colleagues from other MSC agencies visiting our premises, as well as organize travel arrangements for Greece-based employees
• Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management

• Friendly Personality: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Language Proficiency: Oral and written proficiency in English
• Professionalism: Professional appearance and attitude
• Compliance: Adherence to internal procedures and processes
• Versatility: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions from employees at all levels
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
