Junior Business Analyst (Sales Excellence)

Job Description

• Maintain & develop sales force automation tools (e.g. CRM, TRAX, Cognos, Targeting)

• Manage and combine multiple sources of data (Market, Sales, CRM)

• Develop standard & project-based reports/dashboards (Excel and Power BI)

• Perform ad-hoc market analysis and support strategy and performance analysis

• Manage affiliate performance tracking - Market dynamics, company ranking, etc.

• Prepares reports of company results and competition benchmarking

• Business or scientific background, Master or Bachelor degree

• 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role, ideally in OTC industry

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and English

• Tech Agility (CRM, Cognos, Image Recognition Tools)

• Advanced level of Excel, PowerBI

• Strong analytical thinking, action planning and organizing, accuracy, team spirit
