- 8 and a half working hours per day, including a 30 minute break
- One day off per week.

The Role:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant team to ensure seamless service.
- Create and manage weekly staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to update staff on daily goals, VIP guests, and menu changes.
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure their dining experience exceeds expectations.
- Provide detailed menu information, assist guests with special requests, and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Train and mentor team members, promoting collaboration and maintaining high standards of service.
- Oversee proper setup and breakdown of service stations and dining areas.
- Monitor service flow, ensuring staff maintain consistency during peak periods.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Promote upselling opportunities by recommending menu specials, wine pairings, and additional services.
- Address operational challenges promptly, including last-minute schedule adjustments or guest requests.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Step in to assist with orders or serve guests during high-demand times.

- Proven experience in a similar role within high-end hospitality.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge management and staff.

- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, service etiquette, and fine dining standards.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to unexpected challenges during service.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
