Manpower, on behalf of its client, is searching for experienced Sales Account Executives based in Thessaloniki. You will join a high tech company, one of the market leaders in Greece with a strong presence in European markets

JOB REQUIREMENTS
A Sales Account Executive is required to communicate with customers to promote and sell COMPANY’S services.  An understanding of customer needs and the utilization of negotiation skills are strongly required to develop new clientele. The Sales Account Executive will also be required to be well informed of the competition and the market needs.  The major challenges of this position are to achieve sales goals while complying with the pricing policy, effective customer service, and proper and timely registration of contact communications and data on CRM. The Sales Account Executive will manage an active customer base of approximately 300 leads, a broader clientele of about 2.000 leads and will contact daily, by phone and Skype communication, around 50 leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicate on a daily basis with leads and customers
• Analyze competition and market needs
• Create strategic plans to develop new clientele and increase number of leads
• Create and plan campaigns on behalf of our customers
• Complete all procedures involving new customers (payments, billing information, form completion) as indicated by our sales procedure
• Update the CRM on a daily basis and keep track of all information collected from negotiations
• Create targeted campaigns for client base.  

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• Experience in similar tasks (B2B phone sales)
• Experience in telephone sales and professional communication through Skype
• Experience in CRM and ERP systems
• Native speaker of the indicated countries’ language (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written)
• Excellent skills in MS office and Internet programs
• Ability to work under budget program
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
• Excellent management ability to achieve objectives
• Career motivation and a willingness to continue to expand knowledge and skills
• Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
