Civil Project Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic Civil Project Supervisor to join our team.

As a Civil Project Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the progress of multiple construction projects across Athens
• Visit the construction sites to ensure that each project’s schedule, budget, and targets are met
• Collaborate closely with individual site supervision teams, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate and report on project status, identifying and escalating any challenges to management
• Provide comprehensive reports and recommendations to project stakeholders regarding any issues that arise on-site

For the Civil Project Supervisor position, you need to have:  

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of construction timelines, resource allocation, and site safety standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Strong ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations
• Flexibility and mobility
