technology, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated Front Desk Receptionist.

Heraklion
📍 Working
Model: On site, Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00
📝Contract: 1-year
contract with the perspective of renewal
What you will do:
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Answer, screen,
forward incoming phone calls and manage communications (emails, faxes)
- Schedule meetings,
coordinate appointments, and assist with internal/external events
- Manage
shipments and receipts of internal and external mail (courier, post)
- Order
front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Assist with
scheduling occupational health and safety visits
- Provide general
administrative support and maintain files (physical and digital)
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree
in Business Administration or other relevant studies
- Proven work
experience in office related/administrative roles
- Good knowledge
of Microsoft Office package
- Fluent in
English language (oral and written)
- Strong
communication skills
- Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail
- Multitasking and
time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Team player,
enthusiastic and positive personality
