We are seeking a Guest Relations Specialist / Concierge professional to join our exceptional team, ensuring that every guest’s needs are met with personal, impeccable service throughout their stay!
Position: Guest Relations Specialist/ Concierge

As a Guest Relations / Concierge team member, you will be the epitome of luxury service, helping guests create unforgettable memories at our resort. Whether assisting with special requests, organizing bespoke experiences, or providing expert local recommendations, you will play a key role in ensuring that each guest receives unparalleled service during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs by providing expert advice, services, and recommendations for activities, dining, transportation, and excursions
• Assist guests with reservations, including dining, spa treatments, activities, and local tours, ensuring they have access to exclusive experiences
• Handle special guest requests with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring personalized and seamless service
• Provide information on local attractions, events, and entertainment, tailoring recommendations to individual guest preferences
• Coordinate guest services with various resort departments to fulfill requests and maintain guest satisfaction
• Manage and resolve guest inquiries or concerns, ensuring that any issues are addressed swiftly and professionally
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort services, amenities, and local happenings to provide accurate information to guests
• Ensure that all guest interactions reflect the luxurious brand standards of Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa
