• meet recruitment targets by sourcing and attracting senior-level IT professionals
• drive the full recruitment process, from talent search to onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
• support the organization and execution of assessment centers and recruitment events
• build relationships with universities to strengthen Graduate Recruitment pipelines
• execute innovative sourcing strategies through recruitment agencies, social media, and professional networks

The ideal candidate for this Talent Acquisition Specialist position should have:

• at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a multinational company (experience in IT recruitment is highly desirable)
• university degree (a combination of HR & IT studies is a strong advantage)
• fluency in Greek and English (both verbal and written)
• proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
