About Supply Chain
Supply Chain Europe is responsible for distributing Yara products to our customers all across Europe. The organization manages all supply chain processes: order management, transport management, operational planning, complaints handling and billing.

Job Description:
•Manage end to end processes for triangular sales, by trucks or sea containers, from Yara plants or TPP suppliers to customers in Balkans, West Balkans, Middle East, Cyprus, Turkey
•Manage end to end processes for exports from Greece, by trucks / sea containers / train to Balkans, West Balkans, Middle East, Cyprus
•Creation, maintenance, and closure of sales order /purchase order, including prices verification
•Upload internal transfer prices when required
•Compliance with tax, legal and any other regulation applied for fertilizer business
•Communication with external and internal stakeholders and customers
•Provide correct shipping instructions to ensure proper deliveries
•Prepare and provide shipping documentation on time to all relevant parties per occasion, to ensure smooth customs clearance processes
•Administrative tasks in SAP : indicatively, deliveries creation, post goods issue, shipment documents & shipment costs, billing documents creation
•Control and follow up of sales invoices creation, including control of goods issues not invoiced
•Gather suppliers' invoices and perform the necessary transactions in SAP in due time for month end purposes
•Stock Monitoring in SAP
•Responsible for e-archiving of all relevant documentation per order/shipment

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile:
•Fluent in Greek and English
•Very good knowledge of Excel and Office in general
•Ability to understand customer needs, manage customer orders, and support Sales
•Sales area: Domestic Hellas, Cyprus, Balkans, and Middle East
•Very good communication skills
•Experience in international shipping/logistics and customer service business cycle
•Knowledge, understanding, and contribution to all supply chain operations in the unit
•Excellent teamwork
•Ability to work under pressure due to the seasonality of the business
