We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day function of the hotel and exceptional guest experience of Aegean Bay Hotel in Kos for the upcoming seasons.
The Role includes:
- Suggest and implement new ideas.
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences, exceptional service quality, and adherence to standards.
- Build relationships with vendors.
- Coordinate and lead various departments fostering teamwork and a cohesive work environment.
- Implement and maintain superior customer service standards, ensuring that guest satisfaction remains the top priority at all times.
- Oversee staff performance, providing guidance, training, and support as necessary, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and implement operational procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency in all hotel operations.
- Create and implement budgets. Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance, ensuring cost control measures are in place without compromising service quality.
- Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and security procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance overall efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Act as a key liaison between hotel management, staff, and guests, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Daily reporting to the upper management & owners.
Candidate Must Have:
- A holder of a University Degree in Hotel Management.
- Have at least five years’ experience in the Hotel/Resort sector at Departmental level
- F&B Background is considered an advantage.
- Experienced in a managerial position and a proven track record in guest satisfaction is considered an advantage.

- An excellent planner and good at logistics
- Mentor and Coach for the team. Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Dedicated to existing in harmony with the environment and surroundings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek. German Language will be considered a valuable asset.
