LMW HR Group is a leading human resources consulting firm committed to providing top-notch HR solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated HR Operations Specialist to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for numbers, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee data, including onboarding, offboarding, and any changes in employment details
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and providing support as needed
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee status changes in the ERGANI
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS)
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and labor standards
  • Manage employee inquiries related to payroll or HR operations
  • Assist in HR administrative tasks, such as drafting employment contracts and maintaining records
  • Collaborate with internal and international teams to provide seamless HR services to clients
  • Prepare draft contracts and amendments to ensure they meet local legal requirements and company standards
  • Coordinate with service providers across Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, and the Czech Republic to ensure seamless HR and payroll services, including benefits administration, legal compliance, and employee support.
  • Manage client accounts and maintain strong client relations, ensuring effective communication, prompt issue resolution, and high levels of customer satisfaction across Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, and the Czech Republic

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations
  • Experience in using ERGANI and Pylon software
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and HR best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
