ICAP EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS, on behalf of its client, a leading electricity provider, is seeking for a campaihn management administrator.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities.
· Create and manage new CRM campaigns.
· Assign leads to external sales channels, Internal Call Center, and stores through CRM and Excel.
· Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the proper import of lists into the CRM.
· Monitor available digital and CRM leads, ensuring adequate stock in a timely manner.
· Provide guidelines to external sales channels for the execution of new projects/campaigns.
· Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports, offering essential data to support decision-making or recommend adjustments during or after campaign execution, in line with the company’s strategies and priorities.
· Work collaboratively with Sales Channel TLs, SPVs, and Heads to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.
· Manage marketing materials, such as scripts, email templates, etc., to support relevant stakeholders.
· Handle social media messages (related to sales topics) daily and assign them to the Internal Call Center.
· Manage the Internal Call Center mailbox efficiently.
· Cooperate with Sales Back Office agents to ensure the effective handling of Internal Call Center requests.
· Assign callbacks to Internal Call Center agents.
· Export churn data from the CRM and assign it to Internal Call Center agents.
