CMO Specialist
Main responsibilities:
- Investigate
and evaluate potential Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) within
and/or outside EU, based on company requirements
- Conduct
technical discussions with CMOs to facilitate product technology transfers
- Collect
and evaluate technical and financial quotes from CMOs
- Prepare,
negotiate and manage Technology Transfer & Supply Agreements with CMOs
- Coordinate
product launch activities with both internal and external teams to ensure
alignment with CMOs
- Follow-up
the manufacturing schedule with CMOs to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of CMOs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or Engineering
- Knowledge
and understanding of manufacturing, quality and regulatory processes of pharmaceuticals
- Previous
experience in a similar position will be desirable
- Outgoing
personality and excellent interpersonal/communicational skills
- Well
organised and self-motivated
- Team
spirit and multitasking abilities
- Excellent
command (written and verbal) of the English language (knowledge of any other
European language will be considered as an asset)
- Proficient
in the use of MS Office programs
