Sales Manager
(this is a job opportunity located in
Athens and Santorini)
We are looking for a Sales Manager who

Position Overview
This role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate
clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential sources of
business. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional with a
passion for hospitality and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

As a Sales Manager you will…
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to
meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Organize and participate in industry events,
trade shows, and client meetings.
- Conduct FAM trips and Site inspections
- Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and
adjust strategies to achieve goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure
client satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.
Entry Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a
similar sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles,
techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and
interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting
relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work
independently.
- Fluent in English
