Luxury boutique hotel IKIES SANTORINI seeks to employ a talented and dynamic
Front Office Receptionist.
Duties:
- Support the day-to-day operations and activities of the front office offering upscaled guest service
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
- Accurately complete assigned duties such as check-ins, check-outs, email, and phone handling
- Address issues and concerns in a timely and guest-satisfying manner
- Manage the front office by ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements:
- Experience of at least 2 years as a Front Office Receptionist in 4/5-star hotels
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
- Spoken and written fluency in English (additional language knowledge will be considered an asset)
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of hotel software is a plus
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- High sense of discretion and attentiveness with hotel guests
- Team spirit, professionalism, and reliability
- Strong organizational, follow-up and problem-solving skills
