Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. As a
Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure the smooth
operation of the kitchen and consistently deliver high-quality dishes. From preparation to plating,
you will play a crucial role in maintaining our standards of excellence and delighting our guests
with memorable culinary experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards set by the Head Chef.
- Assist in the development and refinement of menu offerings, ensuring creativity and innovation
while adhering to cost and quality standards.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of assigned station(s), ensuring consistency and
timely execution during service.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating any needs to the
appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation
standards at all times.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and
development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or line cook in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
