Mykonos Princess Hotel, a 5* Lifestyle Boutique Hotel, is currently seeking to recruit a professional for the position of Night Auditor.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for welcoming guests arriving late at night and performing check-in procedures
- Responsible for early check out procedures
- Check figures, postings and documents for accuracy
- Verifies all account postings and balances
- Verifies that room rates are correct and posts those rates to guest accounts
- Completing daily tasks, in coordination with the other shifts
- Must have complete knowledge of the services available at the hotel, as well as emergency procedures
- Responding to guests’ requests, handling complaints and informing supervisor accordingly
- Prints up and files reservations for the next business day
- Performing other duties, as assigned by the management
