Your Tasks

• Communicate with European customers to update order statuses and manage delivery schedules
• Process orders, applications, and requests accurately
• Maintain strong relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Ensure timely resolution of claims within the agreed timeframe

• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• 2-3 years of experience in Logistics, Customer Service, or Sales Back Office roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to multitask and handle order processing efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Knowledge of international logistics processes is a plus

• Salary: €1,200 - €1,600 gross/month (based on experience & qualifications)
• Work Model: Hybrid (1 day/week remote)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
• Eligibility: Only candidates currently residing in Greece will be considered. No relocation support provided
