As an Account Manager in this role you will be responsible for:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on daily visits to IT decision-makers (CTO, CIO)
  • Negotiate and build partnerships with new clients to drive business growth
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals and participate in tenders
  • Conduct market research to uncover opportunities that enhance company growth and customer relationships
  • Collaborate with telco account teams to identify and expand opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Promote new products and services to increase market presence
  • Monitor competitor activities and work closely with Marketing to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the position of Account Manager will be expected to possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree will be an asset
  • Proven experience in IT sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing relationships with CTOs, CIOs, or other senior IT decision-ma`kers.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or technology sectors is an advantage
  • Understanding of IT products and services, such as cloud solutions, software, hardware, and telecommunications
  • Knowledge of market trends, emerging technologies, and IT infrastructure
  • Certifications in cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure), IT management, or sales methodologies can be an advantage
