Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide operational support for the spa and fitness areas. We are seeking an experienced wellness expert with comprehensive knowledge of customer service and the wellness sector to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our guests and provide guidance to our staff. Our goal is to promote healthier living through exceptional spa treatments and fitness conditioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the spa and fitness facilities
- Lead and assign tasks to Guides, Instructors, Receptionists, and Practitioners
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Train, coach, and motivate the team to follow the Mitsis culture
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
- Organize visits from wellness experts, lecturers, and instructors
- Oversee the creation of a robust schedule of fitness activities and classes
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs
- Support the creation of spa menus, treatments, and retail selections
- Assist in marketing promotions, packages, and events
- Plan and manage schedules for classes and activities
- Provide reports and suggestions to improve operations and guest experience
