Job requirements

• High school diploma required, any degree in hospitality management or similar is preferred.
• 1-2 years previous experience working as a server in a similar-sized hotel or restaurant or pool
• Additional restaurant experience (host, food runner, bus person, etc.) preferred
• Ability to understand guests’ service needs and requests
• Ability to acknowledge guests’ requests in a polite manner
• Ability to apply logical thinking and understanding to carry out written and oral instructions
• Ability to address and solve problems involving guest and operational issues
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations and basic computer skills
• Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel services/features and hours of operation
• Knowledge and understanding of Atelier & Ace Culture & initiatives
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Team player with positive attitude
