• Excellent Communication Skills: A reservation agent should possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
• Customer Service Orientation: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Attention to Detail & Professionalism: A reservation agent needs to be detail-oriented to accurately record information, process reservations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Multi-tasking Abilities: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing reservations in a fast-paced environment.
• Time Management Skills: Effective prioritization of tasks and efficient use of time to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
• Language Skills: Fluency in additional languages, especially languages commonly spoken by customers as english.
• *Prior service in a corresponding department for at least 1 year is required
