● Attention to Detail & Professionalism: A reservation agent needs to be detail-oriented to accurately record
information, process reservations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
● Multi-tasking Abilities: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as
answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing reservations in a
fast-paced environment.
● Time Management Skills: Effective prioritization of tasks and efficient use of time to
meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
● Language Skills: Fluency in additional languages, especially languages commonly
spoken by customers as english.
