HR Supervisor

Sfakianakis Group, one of the largest, most dynamic and growing groups in the Automotive industry in Greece, is looking for an HR Supervisor to join its HR team.

HR Supervisor

 Responsibilities:

• Oversees day-to-day HR operations and a wide range of HR tasks by providing support to HR Manager
• Actively supports the recruitment process and hiring decisions
• Identifies training needs and coordinates training programs
• Implements and maintains performance review system
• Manages onboarding and offboarding processes
• Monitors and updates organizational charts
• Participates in employer branding initiatives to promote the company’s profile and attract top talent

Requirements:

• BSc in Business Administration, or any relevant field. MSc in HRM would be considered an asset
• 5+ years of relevant working experience as HR Business Partner or/and HR Generalist
• Knowledge of recruitment, training, and payroll processes
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
•  Preferable knowledge of Scan HRMS
