As per specific job openings that you may be interested in, we are looking for an experienced Sales & Events Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating sales activities and events at our venue. Whether it's a wedding, corporate function, or social gathering, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of each event.

Description

As a Sales & Events Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional organizational and communication skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues will be crucial to the success of the role.

Role responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of sales and events from initial contact to final execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate and detailed information about our venue and services
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and customize packages that meet their requirements
  • Successfully negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
  • Organize, prepare, and present proposals to potential clients
  • Liaise with other operational departments to ensure all group requirements are met
  • Oversee event execution to ensure all details are implemented as planned and troubleshoot any issues that may arise

Role Requirements & Person Specification

  • Previous experience in sales and event management within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events of various sizes and complexities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues
