As a Supply Chain Assistant, your main responsibilities are:
- Handle orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate order processing.
- Organize and coordinate shipments both domestically and internationally, including spare parts, professional devices, and air conditioning units.
- Monitor and manage stock levels and inventory reports for two 3PL warehouses with spare parts and professional devices.
- Perform stock inventories and communicate with warehouses regarding shipments to Greece and Cyprus.
- Utilize SAP for order processing, invoicing, and credit note issuance.
- Communicate with wholesalers for spare parts and collaborate with technical teams for any related issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence.
