ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of its client, a leader in Facility Management Services industry, is seeking to hire an experienced Civil or Mechanical Construction Project Engineer in the Small-Scale Construction Projects Department.

Civil or Mechanical Construction Project Engineer (5722/CPE/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities

• Organization and management of construction projects from the time of assignment.
• Preparation of schedules and monitoring their progress.
• Communication with suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, and assignment of tasks/contracts.
• Remote management and monitoring of project and task execution. Field visits when necessary.
• Providing technical solutions and suggestions.
• Communication with the client for reporting and providing clarifications.
• Monitoring and controlling project costs (cost control).
• Collection of deliverable documents, certifications, and project closures.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, University or Technical Institution.
• At least 6 years of experience in project management and construction project management.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Excellent knowledge and use of computers (MS Office, AutoCAD).
• Communication skills – Willingness – Hard-working – Teamwork spirit – Effectiveness.
