B2B Sales Representative

Job Description:

• Develops revenue and maintains partnerships in the VET business
• Manages client relationships to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
• Identifies new business opportunities and recruits new clients
• Achieves sales goals by reactivating inactive clients, increasing penetration, and utilizing promotions
• Supports Vet partners' digitalization through tools & initiatives
• Provides sales activity guidance and updates visit plans using the S2S system
• Handles administrative tasks and resolves client concerns
• Engages in business conversations with key decision-makers
• Maintains accurate sales records and tracks prospecting activities
• Promotes and delivers training on products to partners (under supervision of manager)
• Ensures brand visibility through promotional and merchandising efforts
• Manages campaigns, market research, and sales insights
• Represents the company at veterinary events and exhibitions

Candidate Profile:

• University degree, preferably in Economics
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Valid driving license
• Flexibility to travel for business and occasional event support
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector will be considered a plus
• Integrity, customer-oriented mentality, ability to plan ahead
• Conflict management skills and the ability to work under pressure
• A collaborative spirit with both managers and peers
