Join Eagles Resort team in a fast growing working environment as a
Beach Manager
Location: Ouranoupolis, Halkidiki
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the beach area, ensuring
cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Monitor and manage beach equipment, such as umbrellas,
sunbeds, and water sports facilities, ensuring proper maintenance and
availability
- Inspect all aspects of the outlet environment ensuring
compliance with standards of cleanliness and order and direct respective
personnel to rectify deficiencies immediately
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests, enhancing their
beach experience through attentive service
- Deliver excellent levels of customer service; respond to all
guest requests / complaints
- Ensure that health and safety standards are met
and that all employees work in a safe environment and have knowledge of recent
health and safety regulations
Qualifications / Personal characteristics:
- Degree / Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or other related
field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Beach Manager preferable within a 5* Luxury Hotel
- Excellent knowledge of English language; a second
language (German or French) will be considered as an asset
- Computer literacy
- Outstanding communication abilities, strong
leadership, stress management and financial skills (budgeting, forecasting)
- Pleasant personality, passionate about the job
and focused on providing high quality results
