Electrical Engineer - Energy Regulation Specialist

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer for the Institutional and Regulatory Affairs of the Interconnected Network Department to tackle the challenges of the energy transition.

The responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer for the regulatory affairs department are as follows:

• Monitoring and analyzing the legislative, regulatory, and normative framework for Renewable Energy Sources (RES), energy storage, and energy market regulation.
• Providing opinions on draft laws, decisions, and ministerial acts related to the department.
• Creating and updating guidelines and manuals for regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or in a relevant field
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong proficiency in computer skills (MS Office).
• A Master's degree in Renewable Energy (RES) would be appreciated.
• At least 2 years of experience in regulatory and institutional matters related to Renewable Energy Sources (RES).
• Familiarity with the energy market issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
