We are looking for an Area Sales Representative for the HORECA industry.
Our client is a food production company, part of a multinational group, which operates within the field of premium Bakery products.
The ideal Area Sales Representative will be responsible for the development of the customer base in his area of responsibility, commercial evaluation of new proposals and the achievement of corporate growth targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing existing and new customers such as Café, Restaurants, Bakeries, Confectionery stores etc.
- Analysis of market dynamics and assessment of overall value for existing and potential customers
- Visiting customers for needs analysis, product presentation, partnership proposals and closing deals
- Collaboration with wholesalers and monitoring of order execution
- Placement of wholesalers in new territories
- Alternative proposals for wholesalers in the same areas
- Keeping wholesalers' morale high
- Weekly and monthly reports with results, problems, prospects, customer needs
- Monitoring and analysing competition and market trends
- Availability for weekly trips
Qualifications & Candidate Profile Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in HORECA industry
- Degree in higher education will be considered as a plus
- Dynamic and ambitious personality
- Communication and organizational skills
- Team spirit
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Customer-oriented and goal-oriented
