As we are expanding, we are seeking a skilled and motivated "CAD/BIM MEP Designer" to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building systems and a proven ability to create detailed and accurate Revit and Autocad models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The position reports to the “Head of Design & Solutions” dpt, with main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Revit models for MEP systems, including ductwork, piping, conduit, and equipment.
- Develop detailed drawings, schedules, and reports from Revit models and Autocad 2D.
- Collaborate with engineers,other designers and end-user to ensure accurate and coordinated designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Revit and Autocad Software and industry trends.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions, in coordination with end-user.
- Produce construction documents including plans, sections, details, and schedules.
- Assist with construction administration tasks as needed.
