As a Sales Back Office agent, your primary responsibilities include:

• Generating gas/electricity supply contracts in CRM received from external agents/ICC and B2C employees.
• Dispatching supply contracts to customers for signature. 
• Providing assistance to all external agents and B2C employees.
• Managing pending issues of agents and ICC agents. 
• Handling leads from all sources and promoting them to ICC agents. 
• Liaising with the courier company. 
• Archiving customers' documents. 
• Filing the signed supply contracts. 
• Sending informational material to potential customers. 
• Verifying in Teiresia the customers who have signed contracts. 
• Fielding incoming calls when the internal call center is busy and providing information to ICC agents. 
• Compiling lists of all incorrect entries made in the information system (CRM) by partners and back office employees and providing them to the BO Team Leader.

If you're interested in the Sales Back Office Agent position, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree would be an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek & English (spoken & written).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Customer-oriented.
• Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
