Job Overview:
We are
seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This
role is pivotal in expanding our corporate accounts and managing relationships
with tour operators, as well as enhancing our online sales through effective
channel manager connectivity. If you have a passion for sales, a keen
understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to drive revenue
growth, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop
and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs
are met and exceeded.
- Handle
contracts with tour operators to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Perform
online sales tasks in order to optimize channel manager connectivity and
performance.
- Convert
inquiries into new business opportunities and execute strategic plans to
increase market share.
- Collaborate
with commercial and operations teams to create and implement effective sales
strategies.
- Prepare
and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Assist
the Commercial Manager and the entire sales team with any kind of
administrative sales-related task.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum
of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven
track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong
understanding of corporate accounts management and contracting with tour
operators.
- Experience
with channel manager systems and online sales platforms.
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Proficiency
in English.
