Trekking Hellas is looking for an enthusiastic individual, who will handle reservation requests from individuals and Tour Operators, build offers and create tailor made products.
Responsibilities
Respond to daily reservation requests and bookings (B2C)
Manage client portfolios and accounts (B2B), including Tour Operators and Travel Agents, ensuring timely communication
Create and update contracts with both B2C and B2B clients
Communicate and negotiate efficiently with local suppliers
Maintain and update data in CRM systems
Develop and update product itineraries
Price new products and adjust pricing for existing ones using cost analysis
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a related field
- Fluency in Greek and English (knowledge of French or German is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Knowledge of Greece’s geography and culture
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
- Previous experience in the tourism industry, ideally in sales
