Anex Tour Greece one of the leading companies in tourism, representing tour operators such as Anex Germany, Neckermann, Oger Tours and Bucher Reisen, based in Heraklion Crete is looking for a Guest Relations Officer to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for:

-Timely and accurate response to guest inquiries via phone, mail or chat

-Knowledge of using PC and E-MAIL

-Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and (if necessary) English

-Patience and understanding in every communication
