Exports Back Office Executive
(Based in Sindos)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track incoming orders within the ERP system
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams (Operations, Finance), and third parties (Freight forwarders, Customs brokers) to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and customs procedures, preparing necessary documentation for clearance
- Coordinate shipments, monitor deliveries, and address any delays or issues
- Ensure timely payments from clients in line with commercial terms
- Prepare key reports (e.g., monthly sales) and export documentation for audits and compliance checks
- Support the International Business Development Director with daily tasks and assist in the preparation for international trade shows
