Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the daily menu, ensuringhigh-quality dishes that meet our standards and delight customers
- Foodpreparation and presentation including cooking, plating & garnishing
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Collaborate with the team to maintain the highest quality of Hospitality
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and hygienickitchen environment
- Responsible for ensuring that all food leaving the kitchenmeets Picnic’s quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similarrole Passion for cooking
- Passion for hospitality
- Excellent communication
- Goodvibes and positive energy
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain thehighest standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Culinarydegree or relevant certifications preferred but not mandatory
