About Kivotos Mykonos
Kivotos Mykonos, the first boutique hotel in Greece, opened its gates in 1993 and has since accommodated many celebrities and people of great influence. It is located on the well-known sandy beach of Ornos in Mykonos and is a perfect option for guests seeking relaxation and privacy paired with luxurious accommodation. The hotel consists of 40 suites and villas, 2 restaurants, and a spa. Among the curated experiences it offers are private dining on the beach at Nero-Nero and sailing on the 25-meter privately owned yacht “Prince de Naufchatel.”
Your Role, Your Manager, Your Colleagues
In this role, you will have the opportunity to express your outgoing and caring personality by making our guests feel at home. You will be the ambassador not only of our hotel but also of Mykonos, sharing with our guests ideas on must-do activities and must-visit places to enjoy the island to the fullest. Your position reports directly to a warm and open-hearted Front Office Manager, and your colleagues are a mix of energetic and giving personalities who are passionate about offering memorable experiences to our guests.
A typical day at work includes:
- Making our guests’ day with your heartfelt smile.
- Welcoming guests and offering a warm farewell upon departure.
- Handling guest phone calls, concierge emails, and reception administrative tasks.
- Providing recommendations on must-visit places and must-do activities on the island.
- Communicating and coordinating with all team members to fulfill special guest requests and ensure all needs are met.
- Contributing to a high team morale by caring about your colleagues’ thoughts and feelings.
- Maintaining a pleasant and safe work environment.
- Being a shining star in our numerous guest reviews.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- A big smile and positive energy.
- A people-centric philosophy.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
- A minimum of 3 seasons of experience in a similar position at a 5-star hotel.
- Knowledge of Fidelio PMS.
- A willingness to contribute to a highly motivated team.
